Need for speed



Bring on the running!
 
When I started this blog I said I was going to start taking up running, after waiting a month my new Nike trainers have finally been delivered.
 
I can't wait to get out and start running. Even though this weather is awful at the minute, I'm starting now. You wont make a difference by just running when the weather is perfect and the sun is out, you need to be motivated and do it regular to notice the changes in yourself. I am going to start off with doing an hour run 4 days a week, I will gradually build my time up as I go along. Looking forward to using my Nike Fuel band while running as well, so I can keep an eye on my progress and see how much calories I've burned, hours I've done and what distance I've ran.

I will also be starting my healthy eating plan on Monday, no more snacking on junk food. Fruit smoothies and healthier meals from then on. I will be making myself a meal plan, to keep me on track with my eating. I'm not going to lie and say that I'm not going to miss eating chocolate and all the other junk food, however I mean it when I say I'm going to stick to it.
