Over 11000 views so far, thank you readers

Wow thank you so much, just noticed I've hit over 11000 views. I'm so chuffed, I really do enjoy blogging and I love knowing that people do enjoy reading my reviews.

Bring on the next 11000 page views, just an update guys I'm joining the gym in the next week or two and I can't wait to get started. Time to get the muscles pumping and get the perfect body for Summer. When I've hit my target and I'm happy with myself, next is to start maintaining that figure and staying fit and healthy and that will all be done with a smile on my face.

Hoping for some new fitness and diet/detox coming soon that I can review for you all as well, so keep your eyes peeled ladies and gents.

Off to Barca

Sorry for the lack of posts this week, been very busy. Now I'm at Gatwick airport waiting to set off to Barcelona, will take lots of pictures for you all to see when I get back. I'll make up for my lack of posts when I'm back, shall see a new post up by weekend. Off to Barcelona and hopefully seeing my team play on Wednesday, wish me luck getting tickets.

Slendertone bottom toner

Slendertone bum toner

Slendertone do many different products from abs to bum. I'm starting the Slendertone bottom toner today, everything you need comes in the box. The belt, pads, remote, manual and even a little bag for you to store your Slendertone in. 

You also get a leaflet that has a chart to write your progress down, it also gives you a 30 day plan to go off. I've started on 20/20 intensity level today for 15 minutes, as I go on I'll put the intensity level up and write it all down. Then in future posts you can see which intensity I've changed to over the weeks. It advised to use this four times a week for four weeks, also have two rest days each week. Hopefully you should see results by four to eight weeks, we shall soon see over time.

If all goes well and I see results, I will deffo be buying the woman's abs Slendertone. Wish me luck and thanks for reading.

Final day 7 days slim

Lost 3lbs

I did my last day of 7 days slim today, the results are in and i lost 3lbs in the course of a week. Which isin't to bad, so i can't complain. I tried most of the workouts during the week and each workout is harder than the previous one. Out of the 7 days i did the minimum 10 minutes and on the other two days i did 20 minutes instead. 

On my first day of this dvd i wrote on my previous post what i earned on my Nike Fuel band, it's a gadget that keeps you upto date on your exercise each day. I earned: 129 Nike fuel, 300 steps and 29 calories burned. This was from doing the minimum 10 minutes exercise.
On one of the days i did 20 minutes i also wrote down what i earned, so you could see the difference between the two yourself: 309 Nike fuel, 711 steps and 80 calories burned. So that's over double what i got from the previous 10 minute workout session. The Nike Fuel band does help alot with keeping track on my progress. I didn't lose as much weight as was said on the actual dvd, however i did lose 3lbs in a week which is pretty good if you ask me. Yes this dvd is called 7 days slim but you should carry on doing it more than 7 days. Maybe try doing it for a few weeks or a month and do workout 1 for the first week and then go on to the next workout the following week. 

I'd give this a 4/5
I was really happy with the results i got, however i would of liked to see a tad more lost.

7 days slim - my first day

I said I'd be starting this dvd today, which I have done. I only did the required 10 minutes for my first day, just to get an idea on what to expect. There are different workouts to try, I did the workout one today. Like any workout it starts off with a warm up and also ends with some stretching. A trainer and Vicky are both doing this workout together, the trainer does the easier option of the workout and Vicky does the harder option. I started off with the easier version and ended on the hardest.

If you've heard of the Nike fuel band, I used this while doing this mini workout. The fuel I earned was 129, 300 steps and 29 calories burned.

Bare in mind for my first day, I only did the minimum 10 minutes. I wont be doing 10 minutes tomorrow, instead I will be going up to 30 minutes. Then I can compare my Nike fuel band results as well and see what the difference is between doing 10 to 30 minutes.

I will have a more detailed post and review about this dvd after I've finished the full 7 days.

Need for speed



Bring on the running!
 
When I started this blog I said I was going to start taking up running, after waiting a month my new Nike trainers have finally been delivered.
 
I can't wait to get out and start running. Even though this weather is awful at the minute, I'm starting now. You wont make a difference by just running when the weather is perfect and the sun is out, you need to be motivated and do it regular to notice the changes in yourself. I am going to start off with doing an hour run 4 days a week, I will gradually build my time up as I go along. Looking forward to using my Nike Fuel band while running as well, so I can keep an eye on my progress and see how much calories I've burned, hours I've done and what distance I've ran.

I will also be starting my healthy eating plan on Monday, no more snacking on junk food. Fruit smoothies and healthier meals from then on. I will be making myself a meal plan, to keep me on track with my eating. I'm not going to lie and say that I'm not going to miss eating chocolate and all the other junk food, however I mean it when I say I'm going to stick to it.

These are some of the fitness dvds I have, I have yet to try them out. Over time I will be trying each of these fitness dvds to see if Ive made any changes while using them. I will be starting off with 7 Days Slim next Monday, so I will be reviewing this 7 days after starting. I will be writing down my weight before I start each of these dvds and then again when I've finished them, so you can see what progress I've made from each one I've tried. Then you can decide which one you think sounds best for you and maybe give one a try yourself, I look forward to reviewing these for you and hopefully losing some weight in the progress. I will blog a new post every time I start one of these dvds, so you know which one I will be reviewing next. My next post about these will be my review on 7 Days Slim.

I have finished my 14 day detox with Nudey Tea, I must say that I have noticed some benefits from using this method. I do feel a little slimmer, however I know other people who have used Nudey Tea and have seen even better results than I have via the weight loss. Nudey Tea Detox

Hello readers, I hope your all having a great start to your week. Yesterday I received my Nudey Tea 14 day detox pack from the lovely Nudey Tea team, me and a few other people have been asked to try these products and to give feedback. So I thought I'd do a few posts through the two weeks to let you all know how I'm getting on. The daytime detox is supposed to be taken once a day, however their bedtime detox is to have every other night. I started the daytime tea yesterday, the teabags look organic. You can see all the ingredients inside the teabag and it smells of oranges, it smells divine.
 
I am now on day two of my 14 day detox, which means it's time to try the bedtime tea. I have just made this now and I can tell you, that it smells even nicer than the daily tea. As soon as I opened the sachet I got a strong smell of vanilla, it is a really lovely scent. You are supposed to let these teabags simmer for at least three minutes. Also bare in mind that these products are supposed to be used as part of your healthy eating and exercise plan.
 
I can't say yet if I've noticed a difference, as I am only two days into it. But I will be doing a few more posts through out the fortnight, so you can see how I'm getting on.

Fuelband SE review

         Nike Fuelband SE


The Nike Fuelband SE is a device that helps you track your progress, from calories to how many hours you've worked out. When setting up the fuelband you will be directed to the nike connect programme to install to your pc, this enables you to sync your progress at the end of the day to your nike+ account. You will be asked to create this account when you first plug in your fuelband. This account is there for you to track your daily progress, you can see if you've improved over the days and weeks.

Also if you want to, you can even set a daily or weekly goal for you to achieve. Example: burn 1000 calories in a week, once you've set a goal for yourself via your account you can sync your fuelband and this target will now be on the device. If you achieve your goal it will blink up on your band saying GOAL, to let you know that you've achieved it. Also you will see as you start using your fuelband little red dots above the writing, this is just an idea of how close you are to reaching the goal you have set. It will go red to yellow and then green until it appears you have achieved your target.

You can also earn virtual trophies, these will show up on your nike+ account when synced. There is also an app you can download for your fuelband, this connects via Bluetooth and should sync your data over to the app. Which is good if you want to track your workouts on the go.

Overall I think this is a great little gadget if you like to workout, want to keep a tab on your progress and see how hard you've been working out. If you like a good workout, want to set yourself targets and would like some motivation to keep you on track then I'd suggest buying one of these to keep you going.

This is my appearance now and tomorrow I am starting my exercise regime, I want to tone up my stomach and thighs and get back to a size 8 again. I am currently a size 10, sometimes a 12 depending on where I shop. I will be posting more pictures of my progress as I go along and revealing what workouts and exercises I've been doing aswell. I'm not expecting to see results straight away but this will give me a rough idea of what and when I'm losing weight.

I will also be doing reviews here and there, from sporting essentials to different diet/detox methods.
I hope you find my future posts helpful or just enjoy the read. I am very new to this but I have wanted to do a fitness/progress blog for quite a while now, and I'm finally starting it.
