Bio synergy skinny shake overall review

Here is my final review on the Bio synergy skinny shake, I first started using it a few weeks ago. I've been replacing my dinners for the skinny shake and I feel fantastic! 

I'm not snacking anymore and I'm eating healthier, more fruit and vegetables. I felt healthier and fitter after a couple of weeks. It's motivated me when exercising too, I've been lasting longer when working out and feeling like I've achived more afterwards. I've been mixing the skinny shake with milk, I did try it once with water but I wasn't too kean on the taste but when mixed with milk it's perfect! I always said to myself that I wanted to try a meal replacement shake and now I have I think I'll be making it a regular part of my routine. I have just stopped using the shake as a meal replacement and started using it as a post work out drink, it gives me a lot of energy. I have noticed a bit of a difference in my appearance, my skin looks healthier and I feel a little slimmer. I'm hoping now I'm starting to use it pre workout it will help me in that department a lot more. I'm looking forward to seeing what more progress I make with this product in the future.

Bio synergy skinny shake

Hey guys, feels like ages I've put a new post on my fitness page but here it is...

I have been intrigued by the products bio synergy supply, so many products to choose from. I've gone with the bio energy skinny shake meal replacement (strawberry flavour). I've wanted to try out a meal replacement shake for a while now and I'm finally giving it a go.

There's 3 flavours to choose from, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. This is 750g priced at £31.99, it he packaging is very striking and I will always spot this on my kitchen side with it's bright colours. 

You should keep this in a dry place out of a sunlight, each serving provides approximately a third of the recommended intake of essential vitamins and minerals. Use the meal replacement for no more than two meals, or one meal and one snack per day.

I am really looking forward to using this and also putting in the hard work to get the best results possible, which means a lot of exercise and getting off bad habits like snacking. I will be starting this from Monday and I'll also be posting a couple more blog posts over the next coming weeks to let you know how I'm getting on with this product and my results along the way. I'm up for a challenge, come on will power!
