Day 1
My weight today: 10.7
I said I'd be starting this dvd today, which I have done. I only did the required 10 minutes for my first day, just to get an idea on what to expect. There are different workouts to try, I did the workout one today. Like any workout it starts off with a warm up and also ends with some stretching. A trainer and Vicky are both doing this workout together, the trainer does the easier option of the workout and Vicky does the harder option. I started off with the easier version and ended on the hardest. If you've heard of the Nike fuel band, I used this while doing this mini workout. The fuel I earned was 129, 300 steps and 29 calories burned.
Bare in mind for my first day, I only did the minimum 10 minutes. I wont be doing 10 minutes tomorrow, instead I will be going up to 30 minutes. Then I can compare my Nike fuel band results as well and see what the difference is between doing 10 to 30 minutes.
I will have a more detailed post and review about this dvd after I've finished the full 7 days.
