Lost 3lbs
I did my last day of 7 days slim today, the results are in and i lost 3lbs in the course of a week. Which isin't to bad, so i can't complain. I tried most of the workouts during the week and each workout is harder than the previous one. Out of the 7 days i did the minimum 10 minutes and on the other two days i did 20 minutes instead.
On my first day of this dvd i wrote on my previous post what i earned on my Nike Fuel band, it's a gadget that keeps you upto date on your exercise each day. I earned: 129 Nike fuel, 300 steps and 29 calories burned. This was from doing the minimum 10 minutes exercise.
On one of the days i did 20 minutes i also wrote down what i earned, so you could see the difference between the two yourself: 309 Nike fuel, 711 steps and 80 calories burned. So that's over double what i got from the previous 10 minute workout session. The Nike Fuel band does help alot with keeping track on my progress. I didn't lose as much weight as was said on the actual dvd, however i did lose 3lbs in a week which is pretty good if you ask me. Yes this dvd is called 7 days slim but you should carry on doing it more than 7 days. Maybe try doing it for a few weeks or a month and do workout 1 for the first week and then go on to the next workout the following week.

I was really happy with the results i got, however i would of liked to see a tad more lost.
